Butterfly Dance is a 100 acre former cattle ranch divided into 58 lots, ranging from 15,000 square feet to over 3 acres, located 15 miles N/NW from San Ramon. It´s just over the hill from the International Highway, at the edge of the Central Valley, halfway between San Ramon and Esparza.
As of February, 2010, we have 51 lots sold, and the ones we have left are just as nice, every lot has a wonderful ocean view.
As you will see in the following pages, we have already 4 houses finished and being lived in, another is 90% and the 6th is about 50%.
We have our own well and tank for water, and electricity as well to every lot. Microwave receivers have been set up for WiFi high speed Internet availability by all 4 of the present residents, and Satellite TV through Direct TV as well.
There is excellent cellular reception in the whole project, both GSM and 3G, so your communication needs are all met. There are several DVD rental stores in San Ramon, and you can get first run movies for $1.50 for several days (who needs Net Flix?).
